I just climbed off the incline trainer. It feels so good to be able to do this indoors on a cold evening. I had set a goal to get a minimum of a vertical mile. Actual elevation gain, 5326 feet. That is a tall ladder. No matter the time. It took me just over an hour an a half. Side benefit was 1735 calories burned without getting off the trainer. Now a quick hot shower to cleanse this salty body and then relax for a half hour or so before hitting the sack. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Morning, Here I come!
