Today's Workout

I missed doing my exercises on one of my regular exercise days this week because I was having some back pain. At least that was my rationel. So I decided to do a little extra today to make up for the lost workout time. I'm reasonably pleased with the results of my workout and I think my back pain went away as a result of the workout too, or maybe I'm just too tired to feel it any more. Below are the results. If I was a marathon runner or a mountain climber, I'd still have a lot of work to do, but for a 75 year old geezer, who is just trying to keep on keeping on, I'll take it and be grateful I can do what I can do. Just under 81 minutes, 27 percent incline, 1707 calories burned, 5469 vertical feet climbed. 3.5 miles per hour. I guess I'm bragging a bit, but it sure beats whining.
